Gentaro lost his deaf wife, Naomi, in an accident. A few years later, Naomi's beautiful younger sister, Yuko, died from illness. Yuko kept to herself, so most did not know she had a daughter. Her name is Shoko. Like Naomi, she is completely deaf.
