When he comes to, he’s in a world covered in vast grasslands. “Is this… one of those isekai transfers?” he wonders, trying to open his status screen—only to find that he can’t. However, he quickly discovers that he can use an incredibly convenient “Skill” that lets him break down objects into materials and craft just about anything—just like in Lab. Realizing this, Tasuku starts by building a cabin, some furniture, a lush vegetable garden, even a stone bath… and thus begins his self-sufficient life in another world. Compared to his old life as an overworked, underpaid office drone, he finds real happiness in creating his very own territory in a world free of obligations. Before long, he’s joined by a cast of colorful companions: Aira, the dependable catfolk; Belle, a gyaru-style dark elf; and Elise, a food-loving high elf. And so begins his peaceful, DIY isekai life—surrounded by friends and freedom.
